CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide you with clarity regarding our cancellation policy for all of our Nope Retreats.

Payment Options:

1. Full payment

2. $500 deposit (non refundable and required to confirm your booking)

3. Installments: balance should be paid in 2 installments : curated payment plans available per request

Cancellation Terms:

- If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat: 

  - Full refund of what you’ve paid minus the deposit.

- If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before the retreat:

  - 50% refund of what you've paid minus deposit.

- If you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat:

  - No refunds will be issued.

Important Notes:

- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@theesoulgym.com.

- We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
