CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide you with clarity regarding our cancellation policy for the Nope Retreat.

Retreat Dates: December 12th–16th, 2024

Cost:

- Single Occupancy: $2,300

- Double Occupancy: $1,900

Payment Options:

1. Full payment

2. $500 deposit (with the remaining balance due by November 15th, 2024)

3. Curated payment plan

Cancellation Terms:

- If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat (by October 12):** 

  - Full refund of what you’ve paid minus half of the deposit in the amount of a $250 fee.

- If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before the retreat (between October 13 and November 11):** 

  - 50% refund of the total cost.

- If you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat (after November 11):** 

  - No refunds will be issued.

Important Notes:

- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@theesoulgym.com.

- We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
